Reflective Happiness Program is an interactive subscription site that uses positive psychology to decrease depression and increase happiness. The program offers monthly exercises intended to increase happiness, question-and-answer sessions with researchers in the positive psychology field, a “Virtual Partner,” newsletters, bookclubs, etc.

This website is all about strengths. You can take the VIA Strengths survey and find out what your top strengths are. Also available are publications about the Character Strengths and Virtues

Martin Seligman’s site is full of surveys and resources related to positive psychology. You have to register to have access, but once you do your information is stored so you can go back and see how your happiness & satisfaction changes over time!
